Meet Marcie (CEO Chief Essence Officer)
Marcie Anguiano, founder and owner of Mission Crafts, is a proud UTSA alumna and visionary
entrepreneur leading San Antonio’s premier scent experience brand. Before launching Mission Crafts in
2019, Marcie built over a decade of expertise in developing and executing corporate events for
companies such as TJX, Inc. and others, bringing a deep understanding of business strategy and
customer engagement to her entrepreneurial journey. Her innovative approach to experiential retail has
earned her the 2023 NAWBO Rising Star Award, along with features in San Antonio Magazine as a top
maker and Latina Woman Magazine for her achievements as a minority business owner among others.
Marcie’s leadership continues to shape Mission Crafts as a destination for unique, handcrafted fragrance
experiences that inspire creativity and community connection.
